We know it’s important (though not always easy) for people to get proper nutrition from whole foods and limit the intake of highly processed foods. But what happens when a global pandemic disrupts both supply and demand? With lines mounting at food banks throughout the country, our abundance is increasingly unable to reach those who need it most.
